By moods The first Leighton umbrella I bought was in 2005 February and replaced it with this one ONLY in July 2011 because some of the spokes pierced tiny holes through the fabric due to everyday wear and tear. The rest of the umbrella is intact. I used it in rain or shine and dont think there is another umbrella of this durability and quality. The umbrella flips up and the springs pull it back in place. Everyone whom I have given these umbrellas as gifts love them. I could not be selfish in keeping this type of quality to myself. This umbrella is highly recommended.
